The Speaker of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly CP Joshi through his lawyer Kapil Sibal demanded that the High Court hearing should be stayed. Because now the Supreme Court is hearing. However, the demand of CP Joshi in the Supreme Court has been rejected.

The Supreme Court has refused to stay any action of the High Court. The Supreme Court has asked the High Court to give its verdict in this case. The Supreme Court has said that this case requires a long hearing. And there is a need for a longer hearing.

At the same time, the Supreme Court has refused to stay any kind of debate.

The decision of the High Court will be subject to the decision of the Supreme Court

However, in the political crisis of Rajasthan, the Supreme Court has given some relief to the Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, CP Joshi, saying that, when the High Court gives its decision, it will be subject to the decision of the Supreme Court.

This means that the Supreme Court can also change the decision of the High Court during the hearing. This is definitely bringing some relief for CP Joshi.

The decision will be pronounced on Monday

The High Court has stayed the notice issued by the Speaker of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, CP Joshi to 19 MLAs and disqualified them. The High Court has given relief to these MLAs till July 24.

The Rajasthan High Court will give its verdict on July 24 in this case. The Supreme Court had demanded that the decision given by the High Court should be stayed till July 24. CP Joshi says that the High Court has no right to pass any such order.

Sachin Pilot is not against the party

Advocate Mukul Rohatgi, on behalf of Sachin Pilot, said that Sachin Pilot is not against the party. And all the MLAs who were with him had decided to go against the party for a change of leadership. Sachin Pilot said that if his membership is terminated, his political career will end, so the notice given by the Speaker of the Assembly should be abolished.

Although the Supreme Court did not listen to Sachin Pilot. And the decision of the High Court will be effective on the notice given by the Speaker of the Assembly. However, the Supreme Court may later change this decision of the High Court. In the Supreme Court, Sachin Pilot said that we are not against the party. And the party high command is not even harassing us. Our demand is for leadership change. And that’s what we’re doing. Sachin Pilot said that I am a Congress party soldier. And there is no question of joining BJP.

Rajasthan assembly session may be held from Monday

Meanwhile, there is news in the media that the session of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly can be called from Monday. The Chief Minister and the Speaker of the Assembly have agreed on it.

And if the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly session is called, the membership of these MLAs will once again be in danger. Because with the convening of session in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, these MLAs will have to support the government on behalf of the party. And if these MLAs do not support the government, then the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly can eliminate the membership of these MLAs. However, this is definitely banned till July 24. But for a long time these MLAs will get relief, it does not seem to be happening.
