Special arrangements have been made in Bihar assembly elections regarding corona virus

This time, special arrangements have been made due to the Corona virus, the assembly elections in Bihar. Around 600000 face shields will be used during Bihar assembly elections. Apart from this, one lakh PPE kits will also be used. Apart from this, all the voters in Bihar will be given hand sanitizer soap and one time use gloves.

During the Bihar assembly elections, voters will be specially polled following social distancing. Volunteers will also be appointed in addition to election staff during voting. So that social distancing can be followed among voters.

There will be virtual campaign for Bihar assembly elections

This time, candidates will be able to do virtual campaign for Bihar assembly elections. The rally will not be allowed. If a rally is to be held then only 5 vehicles will be able to join during the Bihar Assembly elections.

The Election Commission has informed that about 7 crore 7900000 voters will participate during the Bihar Assembly elections. This includes 39 million women voters.

Bihar assembly elections will be held in three phases

This time due to corona virus, the assembly elections in Bihar will be held in three phases. Polling will be held for 74 seats in the first phase. Around 94 seats will be voted in the second phase during the Bihar assembly elections. After this, in the third phase, during the Bihar Assembly elections, voting will be done on 78 seats.

Applications can be made online during Bihar assembly elections

Due to Corona virus, the Election Commission has announced that this time election candidates can submit their application online. Even after coming to the election office, offline can also submit it as hard copy.

Apart from this, the Election Commission has said that candidates will not be able to bring more than 2 vehicles to fill the nomination. Apart from this, more than five people will not be able to come to the office to fill the nomination.

Voting time extended during Bihar assembly elections

The Election Commission has said that due to the corona virus this time, one hour will be available to vote in Bihar assembly elections. The Election Commission has said that from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm voters will be able to exercise their voting rights. Individuals who have symptoms of corona virus or who are suffering from corona virus will be able to vote in the last 1 hour of the day.

The Election Commission has said that only 1000 voters will be able to use voting at each polling booth. The number of polling booths will be increased.
